1. How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders take from 3-5 business days for processing and handling, but can take up to 5-7 business days during high volume periods following a holiday or special promotion.
2. Is there any sales tax applied on my order?
The sales tax is already applied on the products thus being the final price.

4. Is the delivery timing different for different cities?
The delivery timing does indeed vary among cities. Karachi 2-3, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawer: 3-5 working days. Other cities: 4-6 working days
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If any item(s) are received damaged or defective, please contact us with your Order Number and photos of the damage to expedite the process of a replacement or refund. We may require that you return the original item to us for your refund or replacement. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Do you provide refunds?
If you want to return your order, we offer full refund policy to our customers. If the product is damaged or not the one you ordered, then we will bear the expense for returns. However, if the product is not damaged and is also what you ordered, then the customer will be responsible for bearing the return expenses. Please note that we do not provide cash back or exchange for products whose protective seal is ripped off.

8. What is the reference of the information posted regarding every individual product?
The information attached to each product is used from the brand’s original website. This is done to provide accurate information and prove the product’s originality.

10. How can I change the delivery address for a product?
You can contact us to change your delivery address (should be done within 12 hours of the time you ordered)
11. How will we get delivery in areas where courier services are not available?
Such orders will be fulfilled by asking the customer to pick-up from the nearest office of Leopards Courier from your location.
12. How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the link provided in the email sent as a confirmation of the order. This link will lead you to Leopard Courier’s website which allows you to track your specific order.
13. How many methods for payment do you provide?
We are currently doing only COD.
14. How do we know that the products are original?
You can confirm the originality of our products by using the barcodes of our products. We claim our products to be 100% original!
